When scanning documents (each couple months or so) I always spent a couple
of minutes searching for how to specify the dpi resolution with sane. I
never find it, but after some time always remember the trick:

	scanimage -v --device-name=xerox_mfp:libusb:004:005 --mode color
		  --resolution 2400 --format=jpg > scan.jpg

Without the `--device` at least my scanner (SCX-4300) doesn't recognize
the resolution flag.
