I haven't written here in a long time, but I want to take this up again.

Today I enhanced my version of dwm with hotkeys for german umlauts. This
is important since I have an american keyboard at home and at work. I have
this mainly for the vi layout, which is enormously better when coding than
e.g. the german keyboard layout (see placement of ;, /, etc.). I have heard
that the british layout is also not bad (because of the bigger return key). 
I don't care for that though.

It was a simple change, I did just bind the Modkey + {A,a,O,o,U,u,S} to 
the appropriate german umlauts. The complete commit can be found here [1].
